.vim (include plugin - nerdtree, source explorer), .vimrc

1. Copy .vim and .vimrc to your home directory.
2. Chmod mkcscope.sh to executable and copy it into $PATH directory.
3. Change directory to source directory.
4. ctags -R
5. mkcscope.sh -> ctrl+D
6. Config ctags and cscope database path.
7. F8 - Source Explorer Window, F9 - NERDtree
