Right now, the README requires that a user set up a Postgres server to create a production instance of Coder. In fact, Postgres is required for any real evaluation, since in --dev all resources are ephemeral.

We have long-term plans to add SQLite, but in the meantime, we should provide our users with a docker-compose installation option so they can get up and running quickly.
