No, it means once you delete all resources then it can be deleted.

You cannot delete an org because a deleted workspace is just "delete = true" and it is hidden.

So you can never delete organizations today.

Soft deleting means we should allow deleting organizations, and we just hide it in the data model.

Once soft deleting is added, please update the relevant organizations telemetry, or ping me to do it. 😄
