Current Behavior

Two notifications have a problem on the built URL for action. We are using the username of the person receiving the notification instead of the owner of the workspace.

The notifications are :

• Workspace created
• Workspace manually updated

As we send these two notifications to the template admins - they all receive the notification with a broken link.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a deployment with multiple template admins
2. Create a workspace
3. Check notification on each of the admin.
