Issue reproduction:

1. Delete a user from within the web UI's user list. You'll have manually entered the username into a text field prior to finalizing the deletion.
2. Click the "Delete" button next to another user in the web UI's user list. Notice that the previously entered username is still present in the verification text field.

Expected behavior:

Manually entered username should not persist across multiple deletion flows.
