Description

We need to fill out exception document (for our IT-Sec team) why we have to authenticate coder against Azure AD with ClientID/Secret. Our secrurity rule defines PKI as secure but not ClientID/secret. So this should be fixed in near term.

Solution

Provide a way to configure OIDC settings to use PKI for authentication with IdP.
