I recently needed to setup HA on my workspace, and docker-compose was the easiest way to test my changes. It was not trivial to get this working, so I've documented my steps.

I think ideally for this workflow we'd use a multi-stage build process to build the coder binary inside a container and then add that from the intermediate stage. Big change though.
