Migrate the workspace page topbar, schedule controls, and build timeline off MUI onto shared shadcn primitives. Replaces `Collapse` in `WorkspaceTimings` with `Collapsible`, swaps MUI `Link` in `WorkspaceTopbar` and `WorkspaceScheduleControls` for the shared `Link` / `RouterLink` pattern, and exports `LinkProps` for typed wrappers.
