Adds the distribution details to Agent Relay's Current state section: the
container image and Helm chart are public and need no registry credentials,
while the source is not.
Nothing else on the page changes, and no install or configuration steps are
added: Agent Relay is still closed preview, so the page continues to route the
reader to their account team.
