A bunch of test suites off main broke sometime in the last few hours, despite no commits to main.

test-go-pg (ubuntu latest)
test-go-pg-16
test-go-race
test-go-race-pg

are all failing with the same 3 tests:

TestSSH_ForwardGPG
TestOpenVSCodeDevContainer_NoAgentDirectory
TestOpenVSCodeDevContainer

Against all logic, the dev container failures were fixed by coder/coder#17355
