Naming standard for our guides #139

We should have a naming standard for our guides. This would most likely change over time, but we can just name all of them as "Learn X" where X would stand for the technology / subject. The capitalization should also follow the name, capital L followed by small earn, and the capitalization of the topic should reflect the original name, for example Learn React

Also, this directly leads to the idea that we should probably have a style guide in place for our learning guides
