This is 2025, maybe you should upgrade to a newer PHP version. But the phar file does not have to be opened, you just run it like |

Hello
I am trying to instal Composer and my php version is 5.3.5....with Apache local server....I must to download the Composer 2.2.xx from Composer website ....but I can not open the .phar files and I don`t understan how to do this.
