Adds new OVHcloud AI Endpoints models and enables tool calling for selected OVHcloud models. Updates the model mappings, UI picker, and VS Code schema.

  • Adds OVHcloud models: qwen3-32b, qwen3-coder-30b-a3b, qwen2.5-vl-72b, mistral-small-3.2-24b, gpt-oss-20b, gpt-oss-120b.
  • Enables tool calling for OVHcloud on: qwen3-32b, qwen3-coder-30b-a3b, Llama 3.1 8B, Llama 3.3 70B, Mistral Small 3.2 24B, DeepSeek-R1-Distill-Llama-70B, Mistral-Nemo, gpt-oss-20b/120b, qwen2.5-coder-32b.
  • Add New Model UI: lists these under OVHcloud; gpt-oss 20b/120b can be selected via vLLM or OVHcloud; qwen3-32b adds OVHcloud option with 32k context.
  • Updates VS Code config schema, docs, and OVHcloud model ID mappings to include the new models.
