Hiya
I opened this on rt.cpan a while ago, but I see it hasn't been merged, and rt.cpan seems to be down now.
If a single channel is subscribed to multiple queues, and then the channel tries to close, it'll close the channel before all queues are unsubscribed.
This change fixes that
