I should be updating the framework again fairly soon to use Polymer 1.0, which will probably require another change to your sources. This update gives you compatibility with recent browsers, so it's probably worth taking anyway.

The release notes at https://github.com/cplusplus/html-doc-framework/releases also indicate that you might need to explicitly wrap some <code> elements to make them look right.
