We like the problems that are too small for a platform and too persistent to ignore:
- repetitive little tasks
- awkward formatting and annoying conversions
- privacy-sensitive utilities that should stay simple
- things that somehow require five websites when they should require one
If a tiny utility needs a dashboard, we have probably gone too far.
Fast to understand. Fast to use. Respectful of your data. Small enough to stay good.
- Small by design. One job, done well.
- Useful immediately. The shortest path from problem to solved.
- Private where it matters. Local-first when practical; accounts only when genuinely necessary.
- Clear over clever. Software should explain itself.
- Get in, solve it, get out. Your day has better things in it.
Open an issue on the tool it concerns, or write to [email protected]. Small, specific annoyances are exactly the right size.
