Navigate to the FeiSync Releases page using the link below:

Find the Latest Version
On the Releases page, look for the most recent version listed at the top. This version will have the highest number. -
Choose Your File
Below the version number, you will see different files available for download. Select the file that matches your operating system. Most users will choose either the Windows or macOS version. -
Download the File
Click on the file name to start the download. Save it to a location on your computer where you can easily find it later. -
Run the Installer
Once the download is complete, locate the file in your downloads folder. Double-click the file to run the installer. -
Follow the Installation Prompts
A window will open guiding you through the installation process. Follow the instructions on the screen. This will typically involve agreeing to the license agreement and selecting an installation location. -
Launch FeiSync
After installation, you can open FeiSync either from the installation window or by finding it in your applications list. -
Sign In & Start Using
When you launch FeiSync, you will be prompted to sign in. Use your Lark / 飞书 account to access the features. After signing in, you can start browsing and managing your files immediately.

- Log Viewer: Check logs for troubleshooting purposes.
- Generous Storage: Enjoy free unlimited storage, with 100GB available for every account and individual file size limits of 250MB.
To ensure the best experience with FeiSync, your device should meet the following requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later, macOS 10.14 or later.
- Processor: Intel or AMD processor with at least 2 GHz.
- Memory: Minimum of 4GB of RAM, 8GB recommended.
- Storage: At least 500MB of free space for installation.
