EntityManagerHelper does not have a second argument, see https://github.com/doctrine/orm/blob/ca38249f6c71bc1d1c355822040a1788e3eeebd6/lib/Doctrine/ORM/Tools/Console/Helper/EntityManagerHelper.php#L49
