…and clarity - Update conditional syntax in bootstrap.sh for better readability. - Modify brew.sh to remove deprecated options and streamline package installations. - Enhance osx.sh with helper functions for safer defaults writing and improved error handling. - Add comments for clarity and update deprecated commands to align with modern macOS practices.
