Some seem to be known but Build Analysis has not run because the CI is not finished yet.

The System.Text.Json failure is a test-only issue: #101470
This PR would fix those tests: #101498

I linked all the failures to known build error issues. Merging this now.

I'm also going to merge the JSON failure test fix that I just backported: #101525
