In Chrome 36-stable and 37-dev the drag-and-drop functionality seems to be non-functional. Issue #329 might be related to the same issue, although I seem to find that all the features -drag-and-drop, resizing etc. doesn't work.

The js-console doesn't seem to report any errors.
