The v2 fixes a few problems from the v1:

• The internal entity attribute can now be opted-out, which makes migrating to DynamoDB-Toolbox easier
• The schema system is simpler to use (the freezing step has been removed)
• Records now behave like TS records
• Some new DTO actions for Tables, Entities and Schemas (and a new Synchronizer action for Tables)
• Some renaming to make things clearer
