This showed up on my profiling attempts. I think we can just parse the bbcode regex only once.
If we’re worried this is done out of any code path, I can figure out a way to do it lazily.
But I’ve noticed there is
MOBILE_BROWSER_REGEXelsewhere that’s initialized in the same way.
