Conventions
This PR introduces
documentation-articles.txt, a new file containing a deduplicated list of all documentation articles. Each entry includes a semantic ID, general path (without language), title, and a one-paragraph summary, fulfilling a request to extract and organize this information from thedocumentation/src/content/docsdirectory.
