A simple application for multi-factor authentication, written in HTML using jQuery Mobile (and PhoneGap), jsSHA and LocalStorage. It implements RFC4226 (HMAC-based OTP) and has been tested to work with Google Authenticator, Dropbox, Dreamhost and Amazon.
