You can convert the wav.scp to multi channels audio files using format_wav_scp.sh:
./scripts/audio/format_wav.sh --multi_columns_input true wav.scp output_dirConversly, you can also generate a multi columns wav.scp from multi channels audio files:
./scripts/audio/format_wav.sh --multi_columns_output true wav.scp output_dir
