Relates to #233
I've added basic retry on the EventStoreDB connection drop. By default, it'll retry all errors BESIDES the unavailable server. I'm not sure yet how to reproduce the issue in #233. I'll need to investigate that with the ESDB team and provide more advanced tests.
The resubscribe settings can be overridden, and I might also adjust them in the future based on further findings.
