[local_auth] PlatformException(NotAvailable, Security credentials not available., null, null) on devices with no biometric hardware

There's already a ticket reporting the error: https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/105005 , it's marked as closed but it's still happening with local_auth 2.1.2 (the latest version).

It's a device running on Android 10, with no credentials supported but only the device pin configured.
