This pull request updates the test package from version 1.25.15 to 1.26.3 in two pubspec.yaml files for the web engine. The goal is to remove usage of the deprecated js_util API. My review suggests also providing explicit version constraints for test_api and test_core in engine/src/flutter/lib/web_ui/pubspec.yaml to improve dependency stability, as they are currently set to any.
