Ensures handlers execute preparation tasks after configuration.

This step allows handlers to perform necessary setup, such as cleaning up expired entries or stale resources, before being used.

Fixes #83.

Every time application using redis-strings starts would cleanup expired data stored in Redis and in shared tags/ttls maps.

Ensures handlers execute preparation tasks after configuration.

This step allows handlers to perform necessary setup,
such as cleaning up expired entries or stale resources,
before being used.
