Addresses #464.

Todo:

  • formalize dimension names in om-files
  • formalize coordinate arrays. Currently, om-files do not store coordinate arrays directly in the files. Instead we use projection grids to map between geographic coordinates and grid coordinates.
  • partial chunks at the end of arrays. om-files store partial chunks with reduced chunk sizes. Zarr's regular chunk grid expects arrays to have full chunk size on the border of an array.
