It appears that the issue had something to do with how ports were laid out previously. Unsure why. |

AFAIK we still need to use "host mode" if we want to see the original requestor's IP address (moby/moby#25526)

@Bencey I'm happy with the fixes here other than the removal of host mode. We know host mode works, because it's working fine in premix CI ;) |
