It seems like upgrading to node 16 broke the chromium download in the Node CI job on MacOS.

macos-latestjob (or figure out what's failing when downloading chromium on macOs / Node 16.Note the macOs / Node 16 job is also failing in #82 – see https://github.com/github/auto-complete-element/runs/6458616236?check_suite_focus=true
