It's not completely clear to me why there are differences in extraction errors for abseil in DCA, as this PR clearly did not change anything in the extractor. I'll keep an eye on it while reviewing the nighties; I don't think this should block merging this.

For the reviewer: you want to look at the top most DCA experiment that is linked here.
