The tests for older CLI versions seem to be failing and it looks like this might be related to #3647.

@d10c Could you please take a look and see if any tests/code needs to be updated to support these older CLI versions?

Is there a way to trigger the multi-version CLI test on that PR to see that it gets fixed?

You should be able to run the "Run CLI tests" workflow on your branch from here: https://github.com/github/vscode-codeql/actions/workflows/cli-test.yml
