Parser coverage: emit the true-empty no-results card and the 32-word query-truncation card as
noticecomponents (sub_typesno_results/query_truncated); capture d4rhi host-group sub-results nested inside a div.g main result as their own organics (previously dropped). Breaking (output): removedfeatures.notice_no_results/notice_shortened_query(now notice components), renamednotice_server_error->server_error, and renamed the general sub_typesubresult->indented.
