• The email used to register you as an authorized contributor must also be attached to your GitHub account.

Usually this explicit self-assignment check isn't the right way to do it, as it is better that the moving code is actually neutral to self-assignment. But that is hard to accomplish here with all the custom allocator stuff going on, so I think this check is fine.
