Replace chalk (4 transitive dependencies) with picocolors (zero transitive dependencies) for terminal color output. All usage is single-method calls (bold, red, green, gray, blue) which are directly supported by picocolors. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <[email protected]>
