…notes ## Summary Updates the IL5 PostgreSQL blueprint README so requirements and teardown notes match the current `cloudsql-instance` module usage. ## Changes - Requirements: existing VPC must already have Private Service Access peering - Notes: remove stale provider-bug cleanup for resources this blueprint no longer manages - Clarify that PSA address/peering are not created by this module ## Related Fixes google#116
