Adds
SingleUseTransactionwhich is the 'transaction' that is used by a connection when in autocommit mode. ASingleUseTransactionwill automatically create the appropriate Cloud Spanner transaction in the background and execute a statement using that transaction. These transactions support all types of statements that can be used with the connection API.
