C# client server multi chat room

to run a server instance for a chat room, you specify the port before launching the server;

to specify the port, you need only to change the name of the text file located in same directory of SimpleServerCS.exe ;

the only possible values are : 1111, 2222, 3333, 4444 and 5555;
