Corrected two broken links in CONTRIBUTING/CONTRIBUTING.md

Checklist:

  • Commit Message Formatting: Commit titles and messages follow guidelines in the
    conventional commits.
  • Changelog updated with breaking and/or notable changes for the next minor release.
  • Documentation has been updated, if necessary.
