v24 release

Extend the length of the branch and permalinks.

The default length of a field is 60 characters, causing problems
with long branch names. No datamapper migration has been made due
to how much of a shitstorm they are. Feel free to manually extend
the length of those columns on your instance. New instances will
automatically have these longer columns.
