This allows to set the "mkpkg" command f.e. to $(iraf)unix/bin/mkpkg.e so that x11iraf can be built completely without a fully installed mkpkg.

This allows to set the "mkpkg" command f.e. to $(iraf)unix/bin/mkpkg.e so that x11iraf can be built completely without a fully installed mkpkg.
This can be used when both iraf and x11iraf are built, but not installed in their final destination (f.e. when building a distribution image).
