- removed the Commons Upload
- Converted RequestDispatcher from filter to servlet, because there is no way to configure upload parameters on filters
- The byproduct of this: the apps are not serving static resources, because RequestDispatcher processes all requests. The solution: create a separate servlet filter that will ignore some mappings and will allow the container to serve static resources.
