I’m Javi — a designer, developer, and writer. For over a decade I’ve been turning frontier technologies into products people trust and use.

At Plume, I led design for onchain financial observability — making institutional-grade assets and operations transparent and computationally verifiable.
My work helped Plume:

• Launch mainnet
• Scale into the largest RWA chain with ~$1B TVL and 500K+ daily transactions sustained for months
• Build trust surfaces that capital allocators increasingly rely on

Previously:

• Founding Designer at Voicepal → took the product from 0 → 10K users in under six months and secured a spot in the OpenAI Startup Program
• Coleap → led design across product and brand, supporting growth from 0 → €1M+ ARR in a year
• Bettermode → owned enterprise product design, contributing to a 5× increase in user base and 2× ARR growth into the millions
• Aragon → helped pioneer DAO tooling, designing apps and templates that remain widely used in the web3 ecosystem
