This checks to see if the "Screens have separate spaces" option is enabled and if so, checks to see if the current screen is the first screen. If so, continue. If not, it will return false.

There are other scenarios that this will need to be applied to, right-clicking for example. This should be considered a first pass that solves the most immediately obvious and problematic case. |

Adapted from upstream PR jordanbaird#667 by ggppjj. Applied to HIDEventManager.swift (renamed from EventManager.swift in macos-26). Guards handleShowOnHover against secondary screens when 'Screens have separate spaces' is disabled.
