近日看了个《URL Hacking - 前端猥琐流》的乌云文章，了解了punycode这个为DNS服务器解析提供服务的编码方式。奈何文章内的工具已经不能使用于是重新实现了文章内的工具。由于没有JS开发经验，工具仅限于能够使用。
