PhD candidate, Earth System Science | UC Irvine
Research focus: Bayesian inverse modeling, ocean biogeochemistry, computational oceanography
I build tools to constrain the biological carbon pump using subsurface oxygen observations. Currently finalizing my dissertation on OXCAR (Oxygen-Constrained Carbon Pump), a Bayesian inverse model for estimating global remineralization parameters and uncertainty quantification via geostatistics.
