Synchronizes weather information from OpenWeatherMap on Android Phones and Tablets. Used in the Udacity Advanced Android course.
- App works on both round and square face watches.
- App displays the current time.
- App displays the high and low temperatures.
- App displays a graphic that summarizes the day’s weather (e.g., a sunny image, rainy image, cloudy image, etc.).
To start using the project just add the following line to gradle.properties file MyOpenWeatherMapApiKey="YOUR API KEY" This sample uses the Gradle build system. To build this project, use the "gradlew build" command or use "Import Project" in Android Studio.
- Android SDK 21 or Higher for app
- Android SDK 23 for wear
- Update MyOpenWeatherMapApiKey in gradle.properties
- Sender ID for GCM in app:strings.xml
- If running on wear emulator, try to use wear with API 23.
